What the day will look like
Business Performance
- Delivering financial growth in line with business objectives
- Developing and implementing a business plan (including sales plan)
- Travel within the Aon network to produce and manage a new business pipeline.
Client / Network Engagement
- Develop positive relationships with key collaborators, in London and the wider Aon retail network.
- Ensure network/clients receive best in class service.
- Host and lead client meetings and roadshows.
- Produce and/or deliver tenders.
Placement & Systems Management
- Encourage usage of our strategic portfolio solutions
- Predominantly lead line broking but also follow lines where required
- Oversight of File Reviews / Technical Reviews / Peer Reviews Review / Create / Enhance Submission.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Proven experience gained within the insurance industry at either a Broker or Insurer, with established market relationships
- Technical insurance knowledge across Healthcare/Life Science markets
- People management experience
- Detailed understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes
- Proven capability in effectively leading & developing high performing teams
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Excellent understanding of compliance and FCA regulation
